This is the VMS version of the EPIC client.  The primary FTP site is at
ftp://ftp.sosdg.org/pub/epic4/vms/

The files in this directory are named by date of release.  Generally
the latest version should be used.  PCSI kits are named by their
PR version (eg V0120-PR5 for 1.2.0 PR5) and have the same release
date as the corresponding source archive.

Release notes may be found in the README_<version>.txt files.
